To start using the Bill Tracker, you need to go to the Vendors menu and then click on Bill Tracker. You will see you bills into three different categories:

UNBILLED

In the UNBILLED tab, you will see all your unbilled purchase orders.

1. Click on the Unbilled tab.
2. Get a detailed view of the purchase order by double-clicking on the same.
3. From the ACTION column, click on Convert to Bill once you are ready to pay the purchase order. Doing this will move the purchase order to the UNPAID tab.

You can also choose to print, close, email, or copy the purchase order from the ACTION column.

UNPAID

In the UNPAID bills tab, you can see all your open and overdue bills.

1. Choose either OPEN BILLS or OVERDUE.
2. Get a detailed view of the bill by double-clicking on it.
   1. You can pay multiple bills by putting a checkmark on the bills that you want to pay and then click on Batch Actions drop-down.
3. Once you are ready, click on Pay Bill(s).
4. Click on the Method drop-down, choose the payment method and account you wish to pay with.
5. Click on Pay Selected Bills.
6. Once the process finishes, click on Done. If there are other bills to pay, click on Pay More Bills.

PAID

In the PAID tab, you will see the bills paid by you in the last 30 days.

1. Click on the PAID tab.
2. Get a detailed view of the bill by double-clicking on it.
3. You can print the check by selecting the Print Pmt-Check option.
