Important: You can activate or deactivate the Past Due only on the template level settings.

  • From the main menu of QuickBooks, go to List > Templates.

  • Choose Print Past Due Stamp option from the Company & Transaction Information section and then click on OK.
  • Open the invoice that has past its due date. The PAST DUE stamp shows on the invoice.
  • You can print the invoice or send it over email.

  • Choose Formatting and then click on Manage Templates.

Turn off the Past Due stamp

  • From the Basic Customization window, remove the checkmark from Print Past Due Stam
  • If the past due invoice is open, juts click on the Turn Off option and the Past Due stamp will be removed.
